Gesellschaft inklusiv gestalten

GIG – GESELLSCHAFT INKLUSIV GESTALTEN e. V. was founded in Berlin in the summer of 2016. Driven by the central question “How does inclusion work?”, the association organises the exchange of ideas between people with family migration and/or disability experiences, their relatives, their social environment and entities and people that assist them. At the beginning of 2017, the registered association was granted non-profit status. Since then, it has been supporting and advising persons focusing on inclusion and their projects. The exhibition “Where ART you from?” was the first joint project of the curators and GIG. The association took over infrastructural and administrative tasks.
